Beautiful Plants For Your Interior
Partner Program for claim intake, victim support and evidence workflows.
ClaimBack Hub works with selected partners who can support victims, structure claims, review documentation, improve fraud intelligence or help route eligible cases into suitable next-step workflows.
Why the Partner Program exists
Victims of online casinos, trading scams, crypto fraud and abusive payment flows often need more than a contact form. They need a structured intake record, organized evidence, realistic guidance and access to credible review or support channels.
The ClaimBack Hub Partner Program is designed to connect suitable organizations with the claim-intake infrastructure while maintaining clear roles, compliance controls and realistic expectations. Partner status is an internal ecosystem status only. It is not a public authority licence, regulatory approval or investment endorsement.
Who the program is for
Victim support organizations
NGOs, associations, advocacy groups and consumer-protection initiatives supporting victims of financial misconduct.
Legal and claims professionals
Law firms, claim coordinators, litigation-support teams and professional advisers able to review or support potential claims.
Compliance and fraud specialists
AML, KYC, cybercrime, payment-risk, fintech, crypto, gaming and fraud-intelligence specialists.
Responsible operators
Regulated platforms, payment providers or infrastructure operators willing to support transparent complaint, remediation or abuse-reporting workflows.
Possible partner roles
Each partner role is defined in a separate partner agreement. Depending on expertise and jurisdiction, partners may support one or more of the following areas:
Claim intake support
Help victims submit complete, structured and evidence-based claim records through ClaimBack Hub.
Evidence structuring
Assist with timelines, platform data, communications, payment records, transaction flows and supporting documents.
Review and routing
Support preliminary review, jurisdictional triage, legal routing, partner referrals or next-step coordination where available.
Risk intelligence
Contribute anonymized patterns, red flags, typologies, entity insights or abuse indicators to improve ecosystem intelligence.
How partners fit into the ClaimKey ecosystem
ClaimBack Hub
The claim intake and coordination interface for victims, documentation workflows and partner routing.
ClaimKey
Utility, reward and access token infrastructure for eligible ecosystem actions, including qualified claim intake activity.
Whistle42
Protected whistleblower and intelligence-intake interface for qualified tips, documents and evidence submissions.
EFRI
An independent partner organization that may support claim review and related workflows under written agreements.
Partner principles
- Partners must act transparently, professionally and in line with applicable law.
- Partners must not promise guaranteed recovery, guaranteed compensation or guaranteed legal outcomes.
- Partners must not misuse victim data, pressure claimants or charge misleading recovery fees.
- Partners must respect confidentiality, privacy, evidence integrity and conflict-of-interest rules.
- Partners must not present ClaimBack Hub partner status as official regulatory certification.
- Partner status may be suspended or terminated if risk, conduct or cooperation standards are not met.
Benefits for approved partners
Structured claim flow
Access to a more organized intake process instead of fragmented emails, screenshots and unstructured victim submissions.
Credible ecosystem alignment
Participation in a broader ecosystem focused on claim intake, whistleblower intelligence and financial consumer protection.
Pattern intelligence
Ability to identify repeat actors, payment corridors, platform clusters, recovery-scam patterns and recurring abuse indicators.
Defined partner visibility
Approved partners may receive limited visibility within the ecosystem, subject to compliance checks and brand-use guidelines.
ClaimKey and partner participation
ClaimKey may be used within the broader ecosystem as a utility, reward and access token, including for eligible ecosystem actions and qualified claim intake activity, subject to the ClaimKey Program Terms and applicable law.
Partner participation does not automatically create any entitlement to ClaimKey allocations. Any token-related access, rewards, partner allocations, service arrangements or program utilities must be documented separately and remain subject to compliance review.
ClaimKey is not an investment, not e-money, not a deposit, not compensation, not insurance and not a claim on issuer assets, recoveries, settlements, damages or partner proceeds.
How partner onboarding works
1. Application
You submit basic organization details, jurisdiction, contact information, expertise and intended partner role.
2. Screening
We review partner fit, reputation, sanctions exposure, conflicts of interest and the suitability of the proposed role.
3. Documentation
If suitable, the cooperation is documented in a partner agreement with clear role definitions and restrictions.
4. Monitoring
Partner status may be reviewed, limited, suspended or revoked if cooperation standards or risk requirements are not met.
No regulatory certification or endorsement
ClaimBack Hub partner status is an internal ecosystem designation. It does not mean that a partner is licensed, approved, supervised, endorsed or certified by a public authority.
Partner status does not replace regulatory licensing, professional authorization, legal due diligence, consumer checks or independent assessment by claimants.
Apply to become a ClaimBack Hub Partner
If your organization can support claim intake, victim guidance, evidence structuring, legal review, fraud intelligence or responsible remediation workflows, you can submit a partner application.
