ClaimBack Hub works with selected partners only. Partner status is based on strategic fit, professional capability, jurisdiction, reputation, compliance standards and the suitability of the proposed role.

Submission of this application does not create any right to acceptance, certification, visibility, referral flow, ClaimKey allocation, commercial cooperation or access to claim-related data. Any cooperation must be documented separately.

Proposed partner role

Claim intake support, victim guidance, legal review, evidence structuring, fraud intelligence, compliance support or other role.

Regulatory status

Licensing, professional authorization, supervisory authority, professional membership or other relevant credentials.

Compliance profile

AML/KYC approach, sanctions screening, data protection, conflicts of interest, complaints handling and risk controls.

Partner commitments

  • You must provide accurate and complete information in the application.
  • You must be authorized to represent the applying organization.
  • You must not promise guaranteed recovery, guaranteed refunds, guaranteed compensation or guaranteed legal outcomes.
  • You must not misuse victim data, pressure claimants or charge misleading recovery fees.
  • You must comply with applicable law, privacy requirements, sanctions rules and professional obligations.
  • You must not present partner status as regulatory certification, public authority approval or legal endorsement.

Application process

1. Submit application

Complete the form with accurate organization, contact, jurisdiction, role and compliance information.

2. Initial screening

We review partner fit, reputation, sanctions exposure, conflicts of interest and the proposed role.

3. Follow-up review

We may request additional documents, credentials, policies, licences or a clarification call.

4. Partner documentation

If suitable, any cooperation is documented through a separate partner agreement with clear scope and restrictions.

ClaimBack Hub partner status is an internal ecosystem designation. It is not a licence, public authority approval, regulatory certification, legal endorsement or guarantee of professional quality.

ClaimBack Hub may reject, pause, limit, suspend or terminate an application or partner relationship at any time for legal, compliance, reputational, operational or risk-management reasons.
